  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/41/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss pecans with maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt; spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
