  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¼ cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 10-cup bundt pan with baking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together apple cider and applesauce.
  4. In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
