  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apple filling by cooking diced apples with butter, sugar, and cinnamon until softened. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Roll out biscuit dough into flat rounds.
  4. Place a tablespoon of cooled apple filling in the center of each round and seal carefully.
  5. Coat each bomb in melted butter and roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Bake on a lined sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
