4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
Chopped green onions
Sesame seeds
Fresh lime wedges
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
While baking, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha (to taste), honey/maple syrup (optional), and rice vinegar/lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
Once cooked, drizzle sauce over salmon and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
