  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Blackberry Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blackberries, sugar, and water. Stir until syrupy and thickened. Set aside.
  2. Make the Brownie Batter: Melt butter in a large bowl, mix in sugar, then add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract and salt. Sift in cocoa powder and flour; mix until just combined.
  3. Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: Beat cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, then add egg, sugar, and salt. Blend well.
