  • 2 gala apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup pecans (or walnuts)

Instructions
