  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 large egg

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley until just combined.
