- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salsa and sour cream, for dipping
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning according to packet instructions and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the seasoned meat over half of the dough, then add cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Cut into strips, twist each strip gently, and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with salsa and sour cream.
