  • 3 pieces chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 pound pasta, penne or fettuccine
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season cubed chicken with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Hollow out the tops of the kaiser rolls to create bowls.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic seasoning and brush inside the bread bowls. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until toasted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cooked chicken, and alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Fill each bread bowl with the mixture and top with parmesan cheese. Bake for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot with optional garnishes like parsley or red pepper flakes.
