  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon; spread over the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the cinnamon layer. Drop spoonfuls of remaining filling on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  7. Prepare frosting by whipping together softened cream cheese and butter; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
