  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for ranch butter)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until soft and fluffy. Set aside.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; cut into smaller pieces.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the bottom half of Hawaiian rolls followed by half the cheese, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon pieces, and top with the remaining cheese before placing the top buns back on.
  6. Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix and brush over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
