  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ⅔ cup shredded sweetened coconut flakes
  • ⅔ cup panko bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare your breading station by setting up four shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour (flour, chili powder, salt, pepper), one with whisked eggs and water, one with coconut flakes, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
