  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets. Cut them into uniform sizes for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until well-coated. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Stir in panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese (if using) until all florets are coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
