  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 23 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Optional: vegetables such as carrots or green beans
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch (optional)
  • 4 Tbsp cold water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and melted butter. Pour over chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Cook on LOW for about 3 hours or until chicken reaches 165°F.
  4. Shred the chicken if desired and stir in heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. For a thicker sauce, combine cornstarch and cold water; stir into the crockpot and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
