  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread a layer of remaining Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour leftover Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
