  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, spices, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
