  • 1 pound baby potatoes (halved)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.25 cup beef broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cutting the beef into bite-sized pieces and halving the baby potatoes.
