  • 1 lb ground beef (or ½ beef + ½ turkey)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 12 oz linguine
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined and form into meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear meatballs until golden brown on all sides. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet over low heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice and parsley before adding meatballs back to the skillet.
  4. Cook linguine according to package directions; reserve some pasta water.
  5. In another saucepan, melt butter, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss cooked linguine with the creamy sauce and serve topped with meatballs and garlic butter sauce.
