  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; sauté for 2 more minutes until fragrant.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice and optional Parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
