Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth.
  2. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour until doubled.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  4. Punch down the dough, divide into 12 portions, and shape into balls. Place in muffin cups and let rest for another 20 minutes.
  5. Mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, flaky sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Press dimples into each muffin ball and spoon the mixture on top.
