Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Scoop dollops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least an hour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
  4. Flatten two tablespoons of cookie dough in your palm, place a frozen cheesecake filling dollop in the center, and cover with more dough. Seal edges properly.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 12-14 minutes until golden at the edges. Let cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
