Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vinegar, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and fold gently until just mixed.
  5. Stir in zucchini, cheddar cheese, and green onions until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
