  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes until crispy.

  3. In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side). Set aside.
