  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jar vegan marshmallow creme
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms. Drop dough onto prepared baking sheets.
