  • 3 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon finely minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, minced jalapeños, and garlic until well blended.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, minced onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Using a burger press or by hand, create burger patties with a well in the center to hold the cream cheese mixture. Fill the well with the creamy filling and seal.
