  • 100g feta cheese
  • 10 walnuts
  • Fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: Mix flour, olive oil, salt, egg yolk, and warm water until smooth. Knead for about 5 minutes, then let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
