1 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
100ml warm water
100g sour cream
100g crème fraîche
250g Hokkaido pumpkin
1 red onion
100g feta cheese
10 walnuts

Instructions
Prepare the dough: Mix flour, olive oil, salt, egg yolk, and warm water until smooth. Knead for about 5 minutes, then let rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
Prepare toppings: Combine sour cream and crème fraîche with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Slice the pumpkin and onion thinly; crumble the feta and chop walnuts.
Roll out the dough into thin rectangles or circles. Spread the creamy mixture on top, then layer with pumpkin slices, onion rings, feta, and walnuts.
