Ingredients

  • rolled oats
  • all-purpose flour
  • brown sugar
  • butter (or plant-based butter)
  • salt
  • fresh lemons (zest and juice)
  • granulated sugar
  • cornstarch
  • non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter until crumbly. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared dish.
