  • Paprika
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1/2 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes: Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Air fry the potatoes: Cook in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. Prepare the chicken: Cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  4. Cook the chicken: Sauté in a skillet over medium-high heat with butter until golden brown.
  5. Combine: Add cooked potatoes to the skillet with chicken and stir well.
