  • 4 garlic cloves, rough chopped
  • 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup apple juice or apple vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons flour or gluten-free flour
  • 3 cups hot vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup sour cream or vegan sour cream

  3. Add apple juice and reduce heat until most liquid evaporates.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring to combine. Gradually add vegetable broth while whisking until thickened.
  5. Mix in sour cream until smooth, season with salt and pepper as needed.
