  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions
