  • 12 beef chipolata sausages
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup for Sweet Tomato Glaze

  • 1 tsp sesame oil for Sweet Chilli Glaze
  • 1 tsp soy sauce for Sweet Chilli Glaze
  • sesame seeds to sprinkle for Sweet Chilli Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Pinch and twist each beef chipolata sausage into two links; snip apart with scissors.
  3. Arrange the divided sausages on an oiled baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. While baking, prepare your chosen glaze by mixing its ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Once cooked, toss the sausages in the glaze until well coated and enjoy immediately.
