Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Grease your donut pan and fill each cavity halfway with batter.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While baking, prepare the cinnamon sugar by mixing melted butter with sugar and cinnamon in separate bowls.
  8. Once donuts are slightly cooled, dip each one in melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
