  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a medium casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in heavy cream until smooth.
