  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mixing them with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. For the chocolate layer, prepare pudding with milk according to package instructions, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the chilled crust and freeze for another 10–15 minutes.
  3. Make the raspberry cream layer by beating cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and Cool Whip gently before spreading over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with additional Cool Whip if desired, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
