  • 18 ounce package refrigerated cheese/spinach ravioli
  • 2 cups fresh chopped spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Shaved Parmesan
  • Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened (3-4 minutes).
  2. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add tomato paste and cook for another minute.
  3. Crumble ground turkey or chicken sausage into the pot and brown thoroughly.
