  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each chicken breast to about ½ inch thick.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and smoked paprika.
  3. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic for the filling.
