  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (divided)
  • 1 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 cup refrigerated coconut milk
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare four glasses by dipping their rims into 1/4 cup of caramel sauce and then into toasted shredded coconut.
  2. Add one tablespoon of caramel sauce to each glass.
  3. Pour one cup of brewed coffee into each glass and stir gently.
  4. Fill each glass with ice cubes and top off with chilled coconut milk. Stir again.
  5. Top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate sauce over each drink. Optionally garnish with extra toasted coconut.
