  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel and devein shrimp; cut asparagus and slice mushrooms.
  2. Marinate the shrimp: Mix with soy sauce and a pinch of salt; let sit while preparing other ingredients.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
