  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer, cream the butter until smooth. Add brown sugar, molasses, and pumpkin puree; mix until combined.

  5. Chill dough in plastic wrap for at least 30 minutes.
