  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet and cut it in half. Spread the filling evenly over one half.
  4. Place the second half on top and cut into strips. Twist each strip into swirls.
  5. Brush with an egg wash made from beaten egg and water.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
