- 2 cups rotini pasta (uncooked)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain well and cool.
