  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 18-23 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
  4. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; then add sour cream and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled brownies.
  6. Crush vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup; sprinkle over frosted brownies.
