  • ¾ cup cake flour

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1215 strawberries (about 1 cup pureed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Puree the strawberries in a food processor until chunky.
  3. In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and egg for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla extract, buttermilk, and strawberry puree; mix until combined.
  5. Gently fold in both flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just mixed.
  6. Fill a piping bag with batter and carefully fill greased donut molds halfway.
