  • 2 cups chicken/turkey broth
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F and toast the bread pieces on a dry pan for about 1 hour until crispy.
  2. While the bread is toasting, chop the onion and celery into small pieces.
