  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1 package soft boursin cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 4 to 6 large portobello mushroom caps

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the portobello caps by wiping them with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the lump crab meat, panko bread crumbs, green onions, boursin cheese, egg, and dijon mustard until well combined.
  3. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture, packing it lightly.
