  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (grated)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • Fresh chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by grating the garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, red curry paste, and lime juice. Stir until well combined and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook gyozas in boiling water according to package directions (about 2-3 minutes), then drain.
  5. Serve gyozas in bowls topped with the hot coconut soup and garnish with chives.
