  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil (or other neutral oil for frying)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh dill, minced

Instructions
