Instructions

  2. Without stirring, let it boil until reaching 245°F (118°C) on a candy thermometer.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  4. Add vegan marshmallow creme and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in chopped pecans gently until coated.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, using an ice cream scoop for uniformity if desired.
  7. Allow pralines to cool completely before serving.
