  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries
  • White chocolate curls or shavings
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and melted white chocolate.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk until just combined.
  5. Divide batter among prepared pans and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool in pans before transferring to wire racks.
